Flying the Winglets B737-800W

Flying-the-winglets.de has launched own website

Ruediger Ebert, a hardcore simmer from Germany, has recently launched his own website with substantial content regarding all aspects of cockpit building and flight operation. His focus is very much on the complete system and software integration rather than on describing every single step of cockpit building. In 2006, he started to build his own B737-800W flight deck which became operational as planned at the end of 2008. Since then, a lot of improvements to both hardware and software have been made. On his website, he explains and summarizes the present status in a concise and easily understood manner. But where others often stop, Ruediger continues. A large part of this website is devoted to operational aspects, such as flight planning, performance calculation, and the setup for on-line flying in one of the virtual aviation networks. Last but not least, he reviews sceneries and other flightsim-releated hardware and software tools.
