Release: German Airports 2 – Leipzig / Halle X |
German Airports 2 – Leipzig / Halle X covers the modern airport of Leipzig and looked great in the FS2004 version which we released a few weeks ago. The FSX version looks even better and will be a perfect destination for your next flight. Of course, having bought the FS2004 version gets you the FSX version for free. It’s from the German Airports development team, so you know it is high quality and as realist as possible.

A few words about our previews |
Yes, we agree. We are sending out a lot of previews of new projects but are not publishing a lot. Its partly just accidental and partly because we prefer not to release when there are a lot of customers on holiday. But all the projects shown below are scheduled for release this year and worked on by our development teams. So have a look and when you feel the need, give us some feedback. All these projects are for FSX btw. Polish your credit card because in September, October and November you are going to need it!

BushHawk XP |
The BushHawk XP must be one of the most versatile bush aircraft at this moment. Not only is it available with wheels, skis and floats but it is also rugged and strong. We are testing a high end simulation of this aircraft at this moment that will come with many models (versions), missions and a set of configuration tools. Some of the developments are totally new for FSX!

Airport Paderborn/Lippstadt |
Perhaps the most important airport for Aerosoft as our headquarter is located at this airport. Every time you land here you will able to see our offices and warehouse! The development of this airport is a shared professional (so not for FS but for ‘real’ sims) and FSX development, so you understand realism is our prime goal here. It looks real good in the current beta and the release (in September) will look even better.

Manhattan X |
Manhattan X covers the while island with the three heliports (just as the hugely successful FS2004 version did), the new version just looks far better because the new options of FSX really shine when used on the tall reflective skyscrapers. Seeing them reflected in the superb water surfaces of FSX adds realism like we seldom seen before.

VFR London City X |
Not for the people with slower computers, but when you got the power you will be able to see amazing details of the city in FSX . VFR London covers the whole center around the Thames and nearly every building has been modeled in detail. London City Airport is the center of the scenery but if you fly a helicopter you’ll have more places to land.

Tahiti X |
Although it might be summer right now, soon the days will shorten and your wife will no longer ask you to mow the lawn. What better escape from the weather then a trip to Tahiti? Our new Tahiti X project offers you coral runways, sandy beaches and the best views that can be found on the world. Don’t feel sorry for us as we had to go there for research!

Madeira X |
Madeira has one of the strangest runways in the world, half of it is supported by tall concrete pillar. But also getting onto the runway is not standard as it has a curved approach to avoid the terrain. An exciting landing for sure and the Madeira X project covers the whole island in great detail.
